The unfurnished room can easily fit a queen sized bed, desk/chair + more. Large closet, big enough to fit a dresser.

Walking distance to Colma BART. The apartment is quiet and has only 4 other units. Third-Floor walk-up with a balcony and views of SF (on a clear day). The entire unit has limestone floors. There is a shared bathroom, but you will have your own sink/vanity. There is also a separate bathtub from the shower.

The apartment has plenty of closet space. There is a large couch, loveseat, and TV that you're welcome to use. Best part a laundry room with full size washer/dryer. Plenty of street parking in the area. There's a gas stove too, which according to all my friends who cook - a real asset :)

What Im looking for in a roommate: respectful, able to pay rent on time, hits the sweet spot solidly in the middle of a neat freak and a slob. Party all you want (or not), but keep the insanity to a minimum here. Into music/arts a plus!

Landlord says no pets or smoking indoors. Looking for just one person (not a couple).
