I've never lived alone, so definitely all about the clean and considerate life with roommates as well as hopefully becoming friends.

*Seeking a furnished room (can purchase existing bedroom furniture at an additional cost) to avoid shipping too much stuff across the country in this economy. Some nice-to-haves would be laundry (in-unit or building), lots of natural light, and AC.

No pets, please, as I'm tragically allergic.
