Hello! I'm a gay 39-year-old professional writer and workshop facilitator. I work from home a few days a week and am pretty quiet on the weekends. I do enjoy having friends over sometimes. We have a great shared space in our apartment and are happy to be watching movies and night and to cook the occasional meal together. We also hire a cleaner once a month to keep the apartment clean and do some cleaning on our own on our weeks that the cleaner doesn't come.

Large Room Availaible in 3 bed/1bath - Financial District
Beautiful spacious master bedroom available in ~2000 sq ft 3 bedroom apartment. Classic downtown apartment has hardwood floors, large kitchen with dishwasher and a recently refurbished bathroom. All utilities (including cable and internet) are included in the rent. All furniture in the room can be kept or removed depending on your needs. Building amenities include in-building laundry, beautiful rooftop garden and gym (once it’s available to be reopened). Move in available immediately.
You are blocks away from the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, E, R, W, J & Z trains.
You would be living with two responsible, mature and kind roommates who are currently working from home during the pandemic. We are both men in our early 40s who work in the arts.
We keep the apartment clean, quiet and liveable for everyone, and use our large shared living room as a quiet shared work space during the day. At night, we’re often watching a few movies and TV shows or listening to old records in the living room. We sometimes do shared meals and other roommate activities and really enjoy living together.
We’re home more often than not these days, but we are regularly over at our partners’ apartments as well.
We are currently keeping a very Covid-safe apartment. We are not having visitors over other than significant others and are observing proper mask use (when out of the apartment), hand washing and social distancing protocols. Please let us know if you have any questions about this.
Dogs are very welcome in the apartment and in the building! Also you must be LGBTQ-friendly.
