The space:
One bedroom available in a 2BR, 1BA; comes semi-furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and small dresser. Apartment is 787sq' with a large living room/kitchen area; comes furnished with carpets, couch, coffee table, WiFi, and TV with Spectrum cable. 4th floor walkup with bike storage room in basement.
You:
Cleans up after themselves, pays rent on time, doesn't blast music/TV late at night, likes cats, take health issues seriously during this pandemic (which includes bringing people into the apartment rarely, if ever), and doesn't think storming the Capitol was very cool, very legal.
The location:
Located 10 minutes walk from Washington Square Park and a 2 minute walk to the Lower East Side. Closest subway lines are the F, L, N, R, W, and 4, 5, 6 lines. The building complex is new and we have had zero incidents with plumbing problems, heater problems, pests or obnoxious neighbors. There is a furnished rooftop deck with gorgeous views of Brooklyn, the Empire State Building, and the Brooklyn Bridge.
