Hey! I'm an aspiring musician/artist looking for a place as close to downtown as possible.
Would not be practicing out loud late into the night or anything like that, unless it was agreed upon.

Apart from music, I enjoy working out, traveling to scenic places, making gourmet plant based food and also have a history in 3d modeling for games.

Easy to get along with, Just big on healthy eating/lifestyle so not a fan of smoke.

Apart from that, I have a steady employment history in manufacturing and an uber/lyft compatible car to provide income and am independently studying marketing techniques with budget/plans to run a pressure washing business around Nashville.
