Although I’m originally from Brazil, I’ve lived in NYC most of my life. I’m pretty busy, quiet, easy going, and clean. The apartment is amazing, with a second floor loft and roof terrace. So I do occasionally like to host dinners, particularly in the summer.

It’s furnished, but you’re welcome to bring your own bed. It is a walk up, but has a bike room and virtual concierge.
3 minute walk to the Grand L stop, 10 minutes to Manhattan. The G, J, M are also about a 10 minute walk away.
