(PLEASE NOTE: Two of the housemates who have been in the Frog Pond House Upper Unit for nearly a year are needing to leave and asking to break their lease so we are looking for potential housemate for each bedroom or or one housemate / one couple who would have two private two bedrooms. This is shared housing (Housemates) with the remaining current lease holder James “JC”.
He is easy-going, quiet and respectful works for Amazon and spends most of his time just in his private room.)
Two bedrooms have now become available for the thousand square-foot three bedroom one bath home known as ”Frog Pond House" . It is a Mid Century Modern Gem - located at the end of a quiet street adjacent to White Center Heights Pond Park -now all newly modernized with a beautiful new granite counter bamboo floor kitchen and central granite counter connecting into the living room.
Two “Rooms of the of the newly remodel " unit"s are becoming available February 1st ! "FPH" is private and lovely:
Super clean, brand new remodel with new All new Plumbing, Nearly all new Electric, brand-new kitchen and a redone bathroom, new doors and window refinished red oak wood floors and new paint throughout.

The entire unit Lease Terms & Conditions: UPPER UNIT: $1995 per month PLUS utilities fee $275 covering ALL utilities. (Water, Sewer, Electric , and Heat) . Refundable Damage deposit $1800.
Detailed Lease Terms . Tenant should have Good credit and steady income at least 2 times the monthly rent. Verifiable positive rental and/or home ownership history. NO Smoking. 12 month lease, with 12 month renewals The first months rent with cost of utilities $275 monthly flat fee is $1995 per month, with deposit ($1800). SMALL pets to be approved on a case-by-case basis (with additional monthly pet fee of $25). Additional nonrefundable fees: $200 deep cleaning fee (after move out). Tenant to maintain light weeding in garden beds and keep the side walk an porch clean and safe. Garden boxes and mature perennials offer opportunities for Gardeners!
