Six-unit building in a very quiet complex, my unit is on the second floor. The available room is the master, with it's own en-suite bathroom. The bedroom in the pictures is mine, so the available one is slightly bigger. We are responsible for ComEd and internet - I currently pay the ComEd bill but be can discuss it. Cable hookup available. Laundry in building, coin or through an app. Surface lot parking. Shared storage locker with me. I'm supposed to re-sign the lease in July/August, and it starts September 1st. My current roommate leaves July 1st, so if you want to move in before Sept 1st we can talk to him about subleasing for July/Aug. I have one cat, which is the limit for the unit.
