I'm originally from Michigan, I've been in NYC for three years now. I work for an experiential travel company full-time and I'm also a freelance model and aspiring DJ! I love to relax at home, listen to music, cook, meditate, watch a show, all of the things. Overall, I'm a pretty easy-going person, a balance between introvert and extrovert. I do what I gotta do, mind my business, get the bills paid and keep the house reasonably neat! :)
It'd be nice to be cool with my next roommate, and I completely respect and prioritize boundaries. There will never be any pressure to force communication, I understand everyone needs their space to do what they gotta do. Respect, balance, and understanding are so important to me, with these three things at the forefront, my next roommate and I can have a great foundation for our home. Having a peaceful home in such an intense place like NYC is so important, I'm hoping for someone who just wants to come home and chill out!

This is a super cozy and peaceful apartment located in a convenient area, 4 blocks away from the Myrtle-Willoughby G train and a bus that goes straight to Downtown Brooklyn (shoutout to Trader Joe's and Target) around the corner. In-unit laundry and a handy grocery store less than a block away! The available room is very spacious with a large closet and great lighting. There are two sinks in the kitchen and plenty of cabinet space, creating a good balance for personal belongings and dishes. The living room is already furnished with a couch, table, and television. Totally down to collaborate and set a new vibe for the place. Overall, a snug and homey spot! Looking for a mindful and considerate tenant that is reliable for bills and keeping bugs and smells away (reasonable cleaning (;)but also down to have fun and kiki, with established boundaries of course!
