About the room: This bedroom's south and west walls are basically all windows! If you enjoy sunlight and air, this is the room for you. It is 13½ x 13½ and has a 3 x 4 walk in closet with built in dressers and shelving. Hardwood floors. The sun arrives in the afternoon as it faces south/west. It shares a 9½ x 10 bathroom (very large and right across the hall) with a 32 year old female who works full time.
Who/What we're seeking:
*Ideally we're seeking a MALE, sophisticated, professional adult. That said, we won't say no if we find a female who's the perfect fit, so if the love the space, please reach out. (We currently have two gals and one guy in the house.)
*Clean individuals, especially in the kitchen and common areas. High importance is placed on this. If you've been accused of being too clean, you'd be perfect for us.
*Folks who gravitate towards a peaceful environment – no drama.
*No smoking
*No illegal drugs
*Secure full-time employment preferably OUTSIDE of the home once things open back up.
