Hey Good People!
I'm looking to rent three of the bedrooms in my newly renovated 4-bed, 3.5 bath home in northwest Oak Park. You have the option to rent the rooms with or without furniture.
There's an office for folks who work from home, a gym in the completely finished basement, two laundry rooms (one in the basement and another on the second floor), a sizable deck in my big backyard and street parking (permit needed for overnight). The kitchen has plentiful storage and new appliances: stove range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Internet, gas and electricity will be divided equally monthly; water and refuse, quarterly.
