I wam a female looking for a (Female) roommate for an August 1st or 15th, 2017 move in date. I live in a beautiful building on NE 22nd street off of Biscayne with WATER VIEWS from all sides! Also, short 10 minute walk from beautiful Margaret Pace Park, extremely close to all highways entrances (I95, I195, I395) Publix and 10 minutes from beaches.
The Master Bedroom is available unfurnished or furnished bedroom with a private bath and gorgeous water view (see below)!!!Entire apartment is fully furnished! $1000 unfurnished BR or $1200 furnished includes (water, sewer, trash) and rent. 1st month and security to move in (total of $2000-$2400).
I am a very laid back person and work as a music teacher. I also have a dog who is very sweet - so you must love dogs :) Individual must be drama free, drug free (no smoking of anything please) and able to pay bills in a timely fashion (proof of employment upon rental).
