The room is $900 and utilities + Internet cost around $40-50 per month, a bit more in the summer because of the air conditioning. We’re on the second (top) floor of a brownstone on a quiet street. It’s a 20 minute commute to downtown Brooklyn, with access to the 3/4/5 at Utica or Kingston! Groceries and laundry both a short walk nearby. I have a cat, Jermaine, who is very friendly.
