I’m looking for a roommate to move into my house ASAP.

The house is in the Hunter Downs neighborhood, about 10 minutes from Concord Mills, 15 minutes to UNCC, and 20 minutes to uptown. Rent is around $700/month, and you’d have your own room with a shared upstairs bathroom. I actually have two rooms available, so if you want to rent both (like using one as a home office), that’s totally an option too!

The photos posted are a little outdated since I’m currently renovating the kitchen. The backyard will be the next project, probably closer to spring.

A little about me:
 My name is Vanessa, I’m 27, and I work full-time from home. I’m a pretty big homebody, so I’ll be around a lot, but I’m clean and mostly keep to my room. I love playing video games and recently got into collecting crystals, learning guitar, and reading.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, laid-back, and respectful of the space. Not trying to turn the house into a party spot (small get-togethers are totally fine!). I also need someone who doesn’t smoke cigarettes or have pets, since I have asthma and allergies. A 1-year lease is preferred, but I’m open to 6 months if needed.
