Roommate for Downtown Houston

I am in search of the perfect roommate for my Downtown Luxury style condo. You will room with myself, my 5 year old and our small Mini Fox Terrier Cesar. You will have all the amenities your heart desires. I'm currently in a two bedroom roommate style apartment. You'll have your own room, bathroom and huge walk in closet. There is an in Unit washer and dryer. The location is close to a lot of awesome restaurants and night life. The apartments have a Resort-style swimming pool with expansive tanning area, an Elaborate entertainment lounge with party deck, Fitness Center w/ specialized Technogym cardio machines, and Controlled gate access for security. We will share the common living areas (Kitchen and Living room) but there will be no access to my personal room.

I'd like someone who is respectable to their surroundings and clean to say the least. Feel free to come and go as you please Just be mindful of your roommates :)
