Listing my room for rent in a 3 bedroom house! I have lived here for over 2 years and adore the place but I am moving on to my own apartment. The 2 other rooms will be available within the next 1-2 months also if you’re looking to have more space to yourself or friends to live with you. The front and back yard is fenced in if you have a dog and a doggy door leading to the back yard. There is a garage and fire pit out back, washer and dryer in laundry room by back door.

Located right outside of RINO, it’s within walking distance to many restaurants and bars, City Park, a park and dog park around the corner, and a new restaurant opening in October next door. There is street parking always out front. Rent is paid by Venmo every month. Utilities usually run $50-100 per person.
