Me and my roommate Evan (27) are looking for a 3rd person to sign a lease on a 3 bedroom somewhere in Brooklyn, Queens, or the Bronx. Budget is 1000/mo or less. Looking to move in Feb 1st.

We are generally very laid back and like a quiet house. We are accepting of people of all backgrounds, religions, etc. Our only requirement is good roommate etiquette: general cleanliness and not being too noisy late at night since we usually get to bed on the early side. We do have a cat and are pet friendly.
