The two roommates you'll be living with were both great to life with. Both are clean, respectful, and quiet. One is just graduated college and works hard during the week being early to bed early to rise and enjoys going out on the weekends. The other works 9-5, cooks dinner and goes and chills upstairs for the most part, while going to his parents on the weekend. There is the spare bedroom which could easily be used as an office.

Hi,
I'm moving out and looking to sublease the master bedroom and bath of a 4 bed 2.5 bath place. The other two guys are in their young to mid twenties, are hard working, fun, and live healthy active lifestyle. The place is five minute walk from boondocks, has covered parking, covered patio, and community pool. Rent and utilities are 1,000 dollars give or take maybe 100.
