Hi there, we are looking for someone to move into the largest bedroom of our 3bd /1 bath apartment! Move-in February 1st (with some flexibility) for 7 month sublease with possible option to extend.

- The back bedroom is the quietest of the three
- Overlooks a little backyard space
- Two windows let in great natural light
- Unfurnished other than bed frame

THE APARTMENT:
- 2nd floor of a newly renovated two-floor walk-up
- Central heating and air
- In-unit washer dryer
- Kitchen has dishwasher and gas range stove
- Comfortable living room space with couch/projector
- Small dining area
- Full bath with tub

RENT:
- $916/month + Wifi and utilities (on avg. about $50-$70 depending on time of year)
- We use Venmo for rent payments and utilities
- First month’s rent and security deposit are required for move-in3

TRANSPORTATION:
- 8-10 min walk to the Forest Ave M Train
- 8-10 min walk to Halsey L Train

AREA:
- 1 block away from very solid Key Foods grocery store
- 5 min walk from a Blink Fitness
- 1 block from Walgreens
- Close to fun Bushwick/Ridgewood bars and music venues

ROOMMATES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Two male roommates in their 20s, working 9-5s in media and arts, polite, and friendly
- Cleanliness, regular schedules, and being respectful of the space are major priorities for us
- No pets
- No couples
- No live, laugh, love signage!
