I'm a 35 M working in sales for a start up in midtown. I usually work long hours and tend to travel every so often on weekends to visit family and close friends in PA. When I'm not traveling or working late hours I enjoy cooking and catching up on some shows. I do have a 1 year old dog who's small and very well trained. He goes everywhere with me (literally, I take him to work, restaurants, bars and when I travel he goes with me as well). So he's hardly every left in the apartment when i'm not home. If he is, he'll be kept in my room with the door closed. I am very conscious that I do have a dog so I will vacuum every day to keep things clean.
I'm very clean and considerate and looking for the same.

This lovely apartment is equally located between the JMZ lines and the L (both are a 5 minute walk away!). The apartment is a two bedroom two bathroom that I like to call home.
I'm looking for someone fun and clean that would enjoy having the conformity of their own room and personal bathroom. The common space is furnished but open to bringing your own stuff as well.
Hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment with high 8 foot ceilings. The apartment complex is new (only 4 years old) so everything is modern. There is central air and heat (no radiators).
