Well it's kinda hard to sum myself up in a few sentences as i have a boastful personality , but i will say I'm super outgoing and a social butterfly. I'm super positive and always looking to encourage everyone to be the best they can be by bringing good energy.I like to watch netflix in the comfort of my room and smoke a joint or so to relax after a long day at work . My work schedule is usually in the mornings. At night i do a lot of editing work for my short films and various other video projects at hand so I'm basically in my room A LOT lol . I do play music alot but i try to be very accommodating and know when and when not to play music. I go out every weekend so you won't see me too much on Friday and Saturday nights and i OCCASIONALLY have people over for drinks and game nights…(your welcome to join but if not that's ok!)
I wouldn't say I'm the cleanest person and I don't expect you to be either but all i ask is that you try to keep the kitchen and living room clean as far as your room ….it can look like a dumpster fire if need be lol. Taking turns washing dishes and taking out the trash as well.

West Ridge Apartment Great Value and evening Greater Roomate
Hello All !
i'm looking for a outgoing and social roommate to room with me starting May 1st End of AprilLocated in the West Ridge/ Rogers Park Neighborhood
Rent 1300 ( 650 each)
It's a two bedroom two bath spacious apartment with in unit laundry and a decently large kitchen and living room space. This means you have your own bathrooms and can essentially live in your own one bedroom while sharing the kitchen and living room space and laundry machine of course. There's a lot of closet space as well as each room has their own closet and a closet outside the room as well.
i currently stay in the other bedroom so the bedroom you'll be residing in is shown below.
Parking: There is street parking and you can buy a permit for about 25 dollars to park on the street considering you have a Chicago sticker already. However i have been living in this unit for almost 2 years and haven't purchased one and i won't lie to you and say parking is a breeze , because you know living in Chicago that won't be the case . Considering other parts of Chicago though there is a lot of parking that isn’t permit parking that you can park your vehicle at. There is a scapegoat however close by on Devon Ave as it's free after 10 pm and you will have to move your car by 9am to avoid getting a ticket.
Transportation. There is a Devon bus that will take you to the redline that's about a block away from our house
Stores: There is a fresh farm market around the area within very reasonable walking distance (about 3 minutes) a Wendy's, subway and Lincoln wood mall that's not to far from the location and a planet fitness at about a 8 min drive that"s close by
