Just moved from Mexico to Vancouver to study screenwriting for a year. I like to come home and be at peace, so I'm pretty chill.
Anywhere that has easy acces to downtown would be best for me. I'm down to get a place for at least 6 months, but I'd prefer if it's for a full year. I adapt quickly to most living conditions, but I will always want my place to be clean
I prefer to socialize with friends outside home but I don't mind having friends over every now and then.
I smoke cigarettes but always outside. I'm not a drinker, I'll have no more than 2 - 3 beers on a saturday night out.
