I am a professional yacht captain and have recently accepted a position in the South Beach / DT Miami area. Looking for a room to rent where monthly rent is all encompassing (no hidden or extra fees/costs) Require internet access, onsite laundry, dedicated parking for large vehicle and private bathroom. Standard pets okay. Move-In Date: No later than December eighteenth.

My monthly rent will be paid by me but is subsidized by my employer; separate from my salary. I will be working 5-days a week (that includes weekends) from sevenAM till ten-PM most days I will have 2 consecutive days off; which some of that time (estimating at least fifty%) will be spent in another city.

I am personable and can be social; however, I generally keep to myself and tend to be a little less social than the average roommate. I am a college graduate, mature and respect privacy, boundaries, and I am quiet. I drink on very rare occasion and no drug use of any kind. I am clean and tidy and pickup after myself. I am four-twenty friendly adjacent; meaning, I don’t care if someone else enjoys.
