I'm looking for a tenant to share my lovely 3 bedrooms, 2 bath house in a charming neighborhood in Brookhaven. My roommate will be in the master bedroom with its own bathroom. I stay very busy and am rarely home. He/she must be cat-friendly as I have 2. The house has recently been upgraded - new kitchen, floors, deck, and bathroom upstairs in the master bedroom.
