Washer/dryer in the building lobby, kitchen has updated tile flooring, updated cabinets and granite counter tops. Stainless steel appliances include, refrigerator, dishwasher and 5 burner gas range, high ceilings, hardwood flooring, lost of closets and TONS of natural light.
-Split utilities, per person: Wifi (~$37), Pg&e (~$10), Every other month house cleaning (~$50) (no cable)
-Street parking is easy and always available, you just need to register for a neighborhood parking permit.
-No pets :( (flexible if ESA)
The Neighborhood (Laurel Heights):
- A chiller more quiet side of SF but still a lot around it
- Transportation:
- If you’re in tech: All major tech shuttles are a few blocks away (Park Presidio Ave.)
- If you’re heading downtown the 1,1BX or 2 are literally right outside the door or the 38 is right there on Geary too.
- Coffee? Starbucks (2 blocks away), Earth’s Coffee (2 blocks), Breck’s (3 blocks) The Ritchfield (6 blocks)
- Walgreens (3 blocks away) and Target (8 blocks).
- Fancy organic goods: Bryan’s or Calmart (3 blocks away) or Trader Joes (8 blocks)
- Weekly Magical Sunday Farmers Market on Clement st.
- Working out? YogaTree (7 blocks away), The Jewish Community Center (5 blocks).
Food/ Drinks: Clement St. (omg Burma Superstar (my favorite) - 6 blocks away) and a million other great food spots on this street

-Goes without saying: Friendly! Normal! Chill! Not a crazy person! Has a job! If you're clean, easy going, independent, low-key and respectful of other people's space/property, we'll get along great
-Someone that is okay with doing their own thing and living their own life, but with the occasional roomie hang
