Hi everyone! My husband and I are looking for a new roommate (or another couple) to share a rental with starting March 2026, when our current lease ends. Our current roommate is moving out on her own, so we’re hoping to find someone interested in signing a new lease together — ideally a 3-way split, or 4-way if it’s another couple.

About us:
He is 28 years old and works as an Early Childhood Educator with the Ottawa Catholic Schoolboard.
I am 25 years old, recently graduated in Software Engineering, and am currently dog walking before I find a job in my field.
We like cooking, gaming, and hosting friends.

About Our Dog:
We have a German Shorthaired Pointer who will be 2 years old in February. He is friendly, crate-trained, and has completed three training courses at Petsmart. He is well-behaved and loves people and other dogs.

What We're Looking For:
-Someone or a couple willing to sign a new lease with an even split of rent and utilities.
-Someone responsible and respectful.
-A two or three bedroom townhome or house in the Orleans area.
-An accessible backyard, preferably fenced.

We're hoping our share of the rent will be around $1700 (~$850 each), so if you're one person the total budget will be roughly $2600 and if you're another couple the total budget will be roughly $3400. We can talk about budget specifics more once we connect!
