Hi! My name is Ethan, my roommate Charlie and I are looking for a new roomie for our three person apartment in the East Village. The apartment is $866/month + utilities (around 925/month) and is a sublet. We are looking for someone who (ideally) can move in between now and September 15th, and is willing to stay until next July 31st (with the option to be added to the lease!)

I am 22 years old and have lived in New York for a year studying community justice at John Jay College. My goal is to become a social worker. I’m out most of the time at school, my internship, and enjoying the city but also enjoy relaxing at home. I am a very chill, laid back, and friendly guy and would describe myself as an introverted hippie. I like self improvement, nature, learning, film, and music. I used to study film and have a collection of vinyl records. I’m a very type B kind of person. My favorite thing to do is to go out and see live music, especially jazz! I am clean and pick up after myself, especially in shared spaces.
