About Me

We’re both from Texas, we’re older than 30, and both value things like integrity, being on time for things, and Schitt’s Creek. We're NOT a couple, nor will we ever be. We’re seeking a fellow grown-ass adult who does grown up things like pays their own credit card bills, knows how to use inside voice vs. outside voice, and can just put the dirty dish directly into the damn dishwasher. Seriously. It’s right there. We all see that the trash is full. Just take out the trash. You’re walking downstairs anyway. We’re seeking someone who wants to contribute to a home and enjoy the benefits. Aleisha was a bartender and there IS a roof deck.

Scott moved to LA from Dallas in 2012 and works mostly from home (in the office) for a growth-phase technology company. He is also an actor and did the Disney World College Program, so he has Disney covered for trivia night. May have cried at an iPad commercial once (they were helping deaf kids hear!) and def cried during Avengers: Endgame.

Aleisha moved from Dallas to New York City in 2012 and just moved to LA in May, because she would still like to be an actor, she would just rather be warm, thankyouverymuch. She goes to bed at a reasonable hour and cooks her own food and drinks her coffee black. She likes her solitude, but also likes the shared experience of a communal space. She favors lamp lighting to overhead lighting and will be growing herbs in the kitchen window and vegetables on the roof. Favorite shows of all time: IT Crowd, Golden Girls, Frasier.

Aleisha and I have known each other for 9 years. We are not a couple and never will be. We’re both from Texas, we’re older than 30, and both value things like integrity, being on time for things, and Schitt’s Creek. She follows her words with actions, so if she says she'll do something, she will. Which is quite refreshing after living in LA for 7 years.
