Hi! I am looking for a roommate in Gramercy Park, Flat Iron/Nomad, Kips Bay, East Village, and Stuyvesant Town/PCV

I have a small dog / Boston Terrier named Lola. She's very friendly, and I love to take her on walks on the weekend (would love to live near a park!). She is 3 years old.

In addition, I love trying new cocktail recipes, cooking and going out with friends on the weekends.

I work from from home 2 days per week. And usually am more quiet/focused on work on the weekdays.

I enjoy having my own space but also would love a roommate to explore the city with! I am looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, and loves dogs.
