I’m a middle school teacher, and my schedule is pretty steady during the week. I also work in film/television about once a month, and I’m a playwright/composer, so I occasionally work from home once or twice a week on writing or video projects. When I’m working remotely, I’m in in my bedroom with m cats, Milo and Oliver, so you’ll have full access to the large living room, TV, cable, and PS4 (which I barely use).
I live with two bonded, friendly, easygoing cats who mostly nap, follow me around, and mind their business. They’re very sweet and great with people.
I enjoy a peaceful, quiet home — the building itself is calm, and the apartment gets great natural light. I listen to a lot of music, read constantly, and appreciate a clean, comfortable space. There’s a really nice balcony that’s perfect for relaxing, having coffee, or even doing a bit of gardening. The apartment also has two AC units, so staying cool is never an issue.
Overall, I’m easygoing, respectful, and looking for someone who appreciates a calm, comfortable home environment.
