I work mostly in-office at a tech company doing advertising operations. I enjoy going out to eat and taking long walks but also enjoy a good show on Netflix. I have a little Pomeranian who is super sweet and friendly. Looking for someone to move into my house. You'd have two whole rooms ( one can be used as a bedroom and the other as an office or whole closet!) to yourself and a lot of privacy since the rooms are on the opposite side of the house as mine. Being friends with a roommate is great but also is fine if you just want to stay separate.

Offering 1 Bedroom plus office space (additional room) to a housemate in North Austin.
The house is a 3 bed 2 bath and the rooms you will have are opposite to mine so you will have a lot of privacy! Still working on furnishing and decorating the home (these are photos taken before furnishing common areas).
The home is located just 7 min from The Domain with easy access to Mopac which can take you straight to downtown!
I have a little pomeranian so cannot allow additional pets.
Rent is 1,200 and utilities will be split between the two of us (but the Internet is included!). There will be an application fee for a background check and a security deposit of 1 month's rent.
Looking for a housemate that is also a professional woman who is clean and drug/smoke-free.
