- I got a job in Long Island City, so I am hoping to move to somewhere in Queens near the E, M, N, R, W, or 7 trains. Move-in June 1 or before.
- I have a dog who would love to be your best friend! She is 8 years old and knows basic commands like come, sit, etc. Unfortunately, she has been attacked by other dogs 3 times in the past 2 years and is somewhat traumatized, so adult dogs over ~20lbs are definitely a no-go. Small puppies under 16 weeks are OK (as long as they start out <15 lbs and don't expect to get above ~30), as are small adult dogs who are calm around other dogs. She wouldn't do well with cats or caged pets such as hamsters.
- I tend to clean the bathroom, kitchen surfaces, etc once a week. When I do clean them, they get CLEAN. My own room tends to be somewhat cluttered, as I am better at cleaning than organization. I have a robot vacuum if you are worried about dog hair. I am a fan of clear and equitable division of housework.
- I have asthma, so please no smoking or spraying perfume in the apartment.
- I am still fairly careful about COVID - I still mask pretty much everywhere.
- I am not a party person, I would rather stay home and watch movies or participate in some sort of structured activity.
