Looking for a reliable and respectful roommate to share a beautifully renovated 2 bed / 2 bath duplex apartment in Lantana. The available private room is unfurnished (though I’m open to providing some essentials if needed) and rent is $900/month, $1800 to move in.
You’d be sharing the home with me and two super friendly cats. I’m a chill, considerate guy who works full-time as an electrician and picks up side jobs on nights and weekends. I’m usually up by 6am and in bed by 10–11pm. The other tenant, who lives in the other unit, has been here for over 30 years. Who’s kind, quiet, and amazing. What’s included: • Fully furnished shared spaces: kitchen, living room, and patio • Washer & dryer in the garage • Utilities average $100/month • Brand new: kitchen cabinets, counters, microwave, stove, dishwasher, both bathrooms, lighting, floors – everything’s been redone
The vibe: • Quiet, friendly neighborhood • Beach is a 6-minute drive or 11-minute bike ride • Two public parks within walking distance (.3 and .8 miles) • Grocery stores: 4 within a mile, 2 within a half mile • Great local restaurants nearby • Easy access to public transportation and safe for biking
I’d prefer a female roommate but am open to a male roommate too - cleanliness and shared responsibility matter most. If you’re someone who enjoys cooking at home, even better!
There is an application process that includes a background check, credit check, references, and rental history. (Your credit score isn’t as important to me as having a solid rental history.)
The lease runs through May 31, 2026, so I’m ideally looking for someone to stay through then. If you need help moving, I’ve got two trucks and am happy to lend a hand.

Roommate wanted for spacious apartment .3 miles from Old Key Lime House in Lantana I have a room available for rent / duplex to share in a totally renovated 2/2 in lantana. The female tenant that lives in the other unit has been here for over 30 years and she's amazing. I just moved in on 5-29-25. The shared kitchen, livingroom and patio are furnished. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Utilities will cost you an average of $100 per month The room for rent isn't furnished but I'm open to providing certain things if needed that I'm not using. I'm flexible, fair and considerate. I would prefer a female roommate but guys are welcome as long as we both do our part in keeping the space clean. If I did have a female roommate I would make you feel safe and comfortable while living here. The ideal roommate likes to cook at home. There are at least 4 grocery stores within a mile and two grocery markets within a half mile. Some really good restaurants are within a half mile radius. Public transportation is close by and the area is accessible by bike on side streets. It's a quiet neighborhood with a small intercoastal Beach access half a block away. The beach is a 6 minute drive or 11 minute bike ride. There are several public parks .3 and .8 miles away. I have two trucks if the right potential roommate needed help moving (depending on how much stuff that you have). If this is something you might be interested in, please let me know. Here's a list of everything that is brand new: kitchen cabinets, countertop, microwave, dishwasher, stove, both bathrooms, vanities, tub / shower, flooring, lighting fixtures. You must be able to pass a background check, have a steady job, fill out an application with references and past landlords. Your credit score isn't as important as past rental history. This opportunity is a lease, minimum of the remainder of my lease which ends 6-1-26. I have two cats that I've had since they were kittens so you must also like cats.
