I'm recently single. My ex and I of 15 years went out separate directions. She went back to Boston and I stayed to work in the Florida heat instead of the bitter cold of Boston. We decided to rent out our townhouse in Boynton Beach because our HOA rules dictate that an owner can't rent out a room and that's how I ended up looking for a roommate in a non HOA rental. I work as an electrician Monday through Friday and do side jobs for various clients some evenings and weekends. I get along with everyone and I'm very easy going. I have a room for rent, house to share in a totally renovated 2/2 in lantana. I just moved in on 5-29-25. If this is something you might be interested in, please let me know. Here's a list of everything that is brand new: kitchen cabinets, countertop, appliances, bathrooms, vanities, flooring, lighting fixtures. You must be able to pass a background check, have a steady job, fill out an application with references and past landlords. Your credit score isn't as important as past rental history. This opportunity is a lease, minimum of the remainder of my lease which ends 6-1-26.
