Bedroom available in Forney home constructed in 2024. This is the only bedroom downstairs and has a bathroom right next door. Owner's bedroom along with 2 other bedrooms located upstairs, so there will be reasonable privacy between each other. Laundry room also located upstairs. Common areas are furnished and all appliances (Dishwasher, Oven, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer) are 1 year old working perfectly. One dog at home, she is a 4 year old black goldendoodle. She is an outside dog, so house does not have a "dog smell". She is very friendly and does not shed. Glad to answer any questions not addressed in the description
