I'm looking for a clean, respectful and considerate roommate, especially around the kitchen space!

*Rent is $1100/month + 1/2 utilities (averages $75 pp/per month, including internet)
*Flexible lease terms (6 months or more)
*$500 deposit
*Must be able to pass a background check and have verifiable income.

*Quiet, conveniently located neighborhood near I-25 & I-70--just 5 minutes north of LoHi and Sunnyside
*You would have the bigger bedroom and spacious full bathroom all to yourself
*Bedroom is unfurnished; the rest of the condo is furnished but has room for a bookshelf or other small furniture if you want to bring your own
*Bathroom has a huge vanity and mirrors, as well as a bathtub

*Washer & dryer in unit
*Dedicated parking spot
*2nd/top floor unit in an 8-unit building
