The house is a two story, the available room is on the second story. The bathroom is shared with one other person.
There is a backyard and detached garage used for hanging out and stuff since there is plenty of parking. There are essentially two living rooms, a kitchen and a dining room, all furnished. There are no pets, except for some fish. Tank animals may be allowed but dogs, cats, bunnies, etc are forbidden (landlord policy).
