Lease starts ASAP and ends June 30th with incentives to renew. Friendly housemates who do their own thing but are great to live with. Steps away from the 145th street 1 train with great shops, restaurants, and grocery! Room can come fully furnished (turn key) with a bed, two dressers and an air conditioner or can be empty. Kitchen, living room and bathrooms are fully furnished and stocked! Because this is a full lease takeover landlord requires that your yearly income is 45 times the rent ($1000/month) and that you have a credit score above 680. Guarantors welcome but they need to have a yearly income of 90 times the rent with a credit score over 700.
