I'm 31, single, and have a full-time 9-5 job. I don't smoke. I'd ideally like to have a chore chart /agreement with my next roommate; and an agreement about buying shared items, like toilet paper and dish soap. I tend to spend most of my time in the apartment in my room, but that would depend on how comfortable our living room is. It would be great to find a roommate who I really clicked with and could be friends with, but basically I'm looking for someone who is responsible, considerate, courteous, clean, and communicative. Ideally my roommate would keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 6am on weekdays. I'd be open to meeting with a potential roommate in person to discuss our living styles, etc.
