Large Sunny Room is available for rent starting May 1, 2020 in a very safe area. 2 blocks to Express N Train.
Room ($875): It is a large size room with wood flooring and 2 big windows looking at the back of the building (2nd Floor). It has a black closet with mirror, a black futon, full foam mattress and small table. Please this is not for a couple.
You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with 2 other roommates. This is a relaxing space and it is not adequate for parties. There is No Living room in the apartment.
