My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend so I am looking for a new roommate. The building was newly renovated prior to my move-in. It is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom in Astoria. The rent is $1,775 a month. There is an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, plenty of closet and kitchen storage space. Move-in date is flexible, targeting between June 1st - July 15th, whatever works best for new roommate. I am a pretty tidy/clean person, do not have pets but unit is pet friendly (current roommate has a very small dog). I am a good mix of being social but also love staying in with a bottle of wine. I am happy to be social with my roommate or respect if they want to do their own thing. The current lease runs until Jan 1, 2024 but I love the apartment and would be open to extending if we both want too. Let me know if any questions!
