The apartment is a spacious 2x2 in a popular, central area of Dallas. It’s modern and economical. My roommate is looking for his own apartment, and I would love to renew at the current one. The paperwork has to be processed before 8/26 and the move-in date would be before 9/26. There are flexible lease dates ranging from 6 months-year & the price slightly fluctuates depending on the dates. The photos are from the apartment website.
