Two shared living room spaces- one on the main level with gas fireplace and one in the basement (which has a walk-out patio). Through the kitchen is a deck with stunning mountain views. Private room for rent is 11 ft x 13.5 ft with a remote control ceiling fan, two windows, a private en-suite bathroom with shower and nice sized closet. Looking for tenant that is clean, honest, reliable and LGBT-friendly. Unfortunately, no pets will be accepted, but I have a small pup that is very friendly and playful! Townhouse is part of the Dutch Ridge community which has a pool (open in the summer), walking trails and is close to restaurants, hikes, and more.
