Ok, here goes, I'm a 58 yr old Irish-American white male.. Looking for a mature, responsible and easy going/fun room mate (male or female), somewhere near Atlanta, ideally north, or north east Atlanta. That's where all the fun stuff is, its a bit more upscale and safe but still quick and easy access to Atlanta metro area.

By day I am an established Google/Microsoft Certified Internet Marketing specialist. I mostly work from home but I travel frequently servicing my clients (and visiting family) throughout the U.S.

By night I'm a wannabe Inventor. I'm quite tech-savvy for an old dude. I have a number of "boy toys" including a few 3D printers, and some high-end wide format digital printers. More than likely I have the most advanced computer system you've ever seen. I need some space for my toys and my fab-lab!

I'm very easy going, I have a great sense of humor and i'm very much a people person. I pretty much like everyone regardless of age, gender, race, religion or political leanings. The quality of a person's character means more to me than any of these minor differences. I suppose you could say I lean conservative but I don't think of myself as either D or R.

I will NOT put up with those who are selfish, narrow-minded or disrespectful of others. If you are prone to mistreating others who are "beneath you" we will not get along.

Animal lovers are a plus in my book, not a deal-breaker but I've found those who have "furry friends" generally indicates a good heart. That's important to me. If you have furry friends I'm OK with that as long as they are well behaved and house broken.

We don`t have to be best friends but my home is my safe/comfy space. I'm looking to simplify my life and sell my 3 Bedroom home in Athens. I'm financially independent and 100% trustworthy. You can call my mom to check up on that.

I'm more a homebody than a party guy but I do like to go out from time to time. I like to cook but not often. (I make a KILLER guacamole!). I enjoy reading, traveling, movies and tinkering in my "mad scientist lab".

I am the guy to call when you need someone to pick you up at the airport. My word and my promise mean a LOT to me. This more than anything is the measure of a person's worth in my opinion.

I am 420 friendly but rarely partake. My drug of choice is a good Martini or a decent Merlot.

The bad news; I am a soon to be non-smoker. I NEVER smoke inside, even here in my own home. (I`ve tried the patches but they won't stay lit and they taste like sh!t). Lol

Lastly, I like a clean place but not obsessively so. I clean up behind myself and I expect you to as well. I am NOT your mother. I am also not your banker. $$ is not a problem for me, i will pay my way, you should too, WITHOUT FAIL.This IS a deal-breaker for me.

Sorry for the overly detailed information but if you've ever had a room mate you will understand why this is so important.

Lastly, the toilet paper roll MUST go over, not under. I don`t know why, it just "feels" right, don't you agree?
