Seeking a female who is clean, kind, and responsible to share my 1,114 sq. ft. two-story townhome. It has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, private hot tub, and a fenced backyard.
You would have your own unfurnished room upstairs (room 12' x 11'7" - closet 5' x 3') and share all common areas with myself, 4 yr. old Cocker Spaniel and 8 Mth old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. (They are both quiet and friendly.)
A little about me... I am a mature professional woman and enjoy a serene lifestyle. I do use an odorless vape pen with nicotine only in my home. (Very minimal vapor if any.) I rarely have guests over and am respectful of others’ privacy.
Single occupancy only. No pets. Strictly NO alcohol, marijuana, or drugs allowed on the property. No cigarette smoking NOTE: Vaping nicotine only is allowed as long as it is odorless/vaporless. No overnight guests.
Rent: $1000 per month (all utilities and Wi-Fi included).
Move-in Costs: First month's rent and $1000 security deposit.
