Hello. I am looking for someone who is easy going and responsible to take over my lease in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Mar Vista as I will be moving in with my significant other. My current roommate is absolutely amazing so I would like to find the right fit for her. The lease would start October 1st, however I am willing to go earlier if needed.
