Hey there!

I'm looking for a roommate starting January 1st. Open to 3, 6, or 12 month lease, but prefer 12 month lease, if possible.

It's a large country house in Franklin on a gated acreage. 2 bedrooms + attic. 1.5 bath. I would be your only roommate. Tons of storage space. Washer/dryer AND you get your own refrigerator. 2 spare beds in the living room. (We can have guests!) 35 minute drive to the airport on average.

Stunning view! Your half of rent would be $1,250 + util (great price for Franklin!). I can also throw in a loaf of homemade sourdough here and there. 😁

About me: I'm a commuting Skywest flight attendant. I'm Christian, conservative, and pretty clean. I love the outdoors and occasional musical social functions.

There's a Queen size bed and nightstand available for use, if needed as well. Bedroom pictured is mine - rooms are the same size. There will be less living room furniture in the house when you move in, but sufficient kitchenware available for shared use. Private message me if you're interested!
