early riser, but am quiet. workout early in the morning. VERY clean & tidy!! will not abide dirty house, won’t abide bugs or rodents, want non-smoker non or occasional drinker but not getting drunk. im independent and don’t want to have to account for my comings & goings. i won’t have pets of any kind in apt. i am a gifted decorator, and prefer to use my things in kitchen, living, & dining rooms. im a minimalist; don’t want stuff stuck in every open inch. roommate must be respectful of my privacy & not be overly noisy. no loud parties, but welcome to coordinate visitors. i stay to myself the majority of the time, but am very friendly & definitely want us to enjoy each other’s company when we choose to be together. must clean up after themselves immediately; no dirty dishes anywhere.
