Hi,
I'm a recent graduate from the Isenberg school of management at UMass Amherst. Because the job market is a dumpster fire, i haven't had the best luck finding a job. I'm currently living with some family and desperately looking to leave. The only thing preventing my leaving is my lack of employment. That being said, I am a quiet person and also want to live with a quiet roommate. I live living in a clean space and assigning and allocating task so that everyone does their fair share of contributing to a clean and welcoming space and environment. I clean at least once a week and I am open to splitting cleaning costs if we both use them. I easily get over stimulated by sound and light, and often prefer to stay in my own designated space. I clean up after myself and would like a roommate that does the same. What is really important is respecting other people's space and belongings. I do not and will not touch other people's things like their food, or enter their room, or touch things that are mine without expressed consent and I expect the same. I really want to cultivate a healthy relationship and living environment with a roommate.
