I divorced 3 years ago, still friends with my x-wife. We were married for 26 years. I am a 3rd generation San Diegan .I have lived here two years and just signed 3 year lease. I have a 3 years old Golden Doodle, this is the reason I got the house because of the yard. I am literally two blocks from SDSU in the Estate. Great Neighborhood. It has a great mix of you and mature people. I am mellow, no drama, a lot of music. It a 3 bd 2 bath. you would have main bathroom. you be you, just not crazy parties, but people over is fine. I do not judge, no drama, just be cool and pay on time.
