Hi! I’m a theater kid at heart who pays the bill as as a Pilates instructor. I have been in NYC for almost 12yrs and have run the gambit of roommates experiences. I’m hoping to find a roommate who is chill, clean and interested in creating a safe relaxing place to call home. I prefer a space in which everything has a home. Household cleaning is done on weekly basis and trash is taken out when full not left for the next person to deal with. A sink should only be full of dishes for 24hrs tops. This is NYC but I am not interested in living with insects or pests.
I am down to be in a roommates only situation or to make a friend. LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC friendly, I am a fan of a glass of wine or cocktail at the end of the day, would prefer not to live with a regular smoker but have no issues with social use, not cool with hard drugs.
My cat is quiet for the most part and tends to stay in my room unless I am home and not in said room. Liking cats is a must but I completely understand not liking the litter box, I have a huge air purifier and have a thing about the house not smelling of litter.
